Does the Aqua Spa come with a warranty?

Yes. The AquaSpa comes with a 12 month warranty on the electrical equipment, and a 6 month warranty on the spa. It is the customers responsibility to return the spa to us for repair or replacement.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 12pm are shipped out on the same day. We ship via express courier, so delivery is usually overnight.

How much does it cost to run?

The size of your energy bill will be totally dependant on how often you use the spa, the temperature you maintain it at, location (indoor or outdoor), whether you keep the cover on it, etc.

You should budget for $200 - $700 per year for running your spa including chemicals.

Does the spa plug in to a normal 240V power plug?

Yes.

Is the AquaSPA sturdy and durable?

Yes. The AquaSpa is made from thick, tough material - similar to what is used for white water rafting boats. The sides are rigid so it doesn't wobble around like cheap inflatable pools.

How many people can fit in it?

The AquaSpa is 208cm in diameter, and big enough for 4-6 people. It's one of the biggest inflatable spas on the market.

How much water does it take?

The AquaSPA holds 1000 litres - plenty to fully submerge an adult body (or bodies!).

Can I set up permanently?

Yes, of course. It's tough so it won't get damaged by the weather. It has an inbuilt filtration system which keeps the water clean (you need to get Chlorine). Set it up outside or inside, it doesn't matter.

How long does it take to heat up?

It heats up at about 1.5 degrees per hour initially. So the first heat up takes a few hours. Once it's hot, cover it when you're finished to keep the heat in, so when you come to it the next time it only takes an hour or two to warm up.

How do you empty the spa?

To empty the spa, there’s a little plug in the bottom that leads to a tap on the side of the spa. The other way you can empty it is to syphon it out with a hose.

How easy is it to move?

AquaSpa comes with a case, and weighs about 40kg. It self inflates and can be used anywhere. Take it to a party, take it camping, put it in front of your TV on grand final day - you can use it anywhere.

Is it easy for older people to get in and out of the Aqua Spa?

It's about as easy as you'd expect. The material isn't slippery, but you do need to be able to lift your leg to step into the spa.

How does the spa pump up?

See the pictures below. You attach an inflation tube from the motor to the inflation cap. In the picture where it is half inflated, you can see the top off the tube is connected to the motor, the bottom of the tube is the inflation cap.

How often do filters need to be replaced?

Not very often, about once a year.
